Letter from the Seller
We fell in love with this home and community when we first toured it in 2014. Since then, our love has only grown. Over the last few years, we have renovated the half bath and kitchen. Switching to a gas range, adding stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator, beautiful granite countertops and a custom spice rack. Most recently, we finished the basement with recessed lighting and a full bathroom with a beautiful custom sliding barn door. We could not be more thrilled with the extra living space to entertain or relax on quiet evenings with our dogs. The Northwood community is full of wonderful people and amenities. A large park is a short walk away with plenty of playgrounds, open fields, tennis courts, exercise stations and free little libraries. It’s a dog-friendly neighborhood and we got to know many neighbors while walking our dogs. When the weather is beautiful we like to walk to our local pub at four corners for their delicious pizza and wings. Across the street is a wonderful family owned bakery and also in walking distance is Trader Joe’s. Occasionally we like to bike on the trails that connect to Wheaton regional park. This community has a great family feel. On warm days, there are children playing outside and an ice cream truck that comes around. Our neighbors are wonderful people who brought us baked goods and even helped us move in. They have lived here for decades and will make you feel welcomed the minute you arrive. We thoroughly loved our amazing home and incredible community and hope that you fall in love with all that 308 Belton Road has to offer you as well.
